Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1 pint frozen blackberries

- 1 cup blueberry kefir

- 1/3 cup dry rolled oats

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp cardamom

Directions:

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth.

  2. If too thick add more kefir or water, if too thin add more berries or ice.

    *Swap kefir for yogurt or milk. If you are using a dairy free milk make sure to add protein powder or pair with a different protein source for a complete meal!
